I thought HMI were coming in to check on progress?
I heard this was supposed to be last June.
The staff have been on standby for ages.
Why haven't HMI been in?
Have they been "put off" or delayed?
If so, why?
Is it another attempt to brush this whole sorry episode under the carpet?
Does anybody have any answers?
