Satisfactory Indeed.An update as we approach the Easter holidays as a school to be proud of - up to satisfactory.
The Governors are so pleased with us teachers for being able to read and
deliver plans written by LEA advisors that they treated us to a pizza lunch
on Friday.
Any remaining morsels of confidence that we can still deliver good lessons
on our own merit, despite Mrs Coupe's regime, have been eaten away as
quickly as those pizza slices.
What further evidence could there be about how happy and pleased we all are to be satisfactory, than the news that one of our very good teachers is now so desperate to escape Marton that she is applying for temporary jobs. Mr Turner's ramblings about "Enhancing her career" will not explain that move!
Also for information, the widely spread news that another member of staff is leaving Marton to further her studies for a degree is completely untrue.
This person has applied for numerous jobs over the past year, to escape the Coupe regime, which continues at Marton.
To paraphrase from Mrs Coupe's latest offering:
