It has now been confirmed that a meeting will be held at the school on Monday 17th October 2005. Two meeting's will be held one commencing at 4.30pm with the second meeting commencing at 7pm. I am led to believe that this meeting is ONLY for parents at the school at this time, I for one would like to attend this meeting as I have questions I would like to ask, my son left the school last July and therefore it appears I will now not be able to attend as I will not be able to obtain a ticket. I am going to e-mail the school to see if I can obtain a ticket, and I suggest other parents who no longer have children at the school do the same.Bearing in mind a teacher was suspened whilst our children attended the school I really do think we have right to be there. Don't be fobbed off, attend the meeting and ask's question's.

Am I right in thinking that this is a meeting called by Mrs Coupe to discuss the Ofsted Action plan? It would be good then for parents (who have tickets - why the need for these?) to attend one of these meetings on the Monday, and then the Parents Group Meeting (no ticket required - ALL welcome), mentioned below by Alan, on the Thursday - to perhaps hear a different side to the story....
