Just a few questions to be asked.
Mrs Lancaster led from the front.She had the respect of her wonderfull staff,her happy pupils and above all the parents.WE have had the glory days Mrs.Lancaster and Mrs.Hirst led us all indirectly.We supported the school and worked together.Surely now that this has gone questions must be asked.
Question 1.
Why are the LEA not looking behind the curtain.Teachers leaving,a suspension,parents removing their children.and all happening since the new appointment come on LEA!!!!! You don't need a detective or do you??
Question 2.
The Govenors.Why are they not adressing the situation?We all know that they had a part in the current heads appointment.Indeed some of the parent govenors are very friendly with Mrs Coup.The chairman (who was brilliant)has left.Maybe he could see something was wrong and recieved no support from his fellows.
Question 4.
Why are the parents letting it go on.We should be demanding answers from the Higher Bosses.It is our right.Maybe they are afraid was Mrs Alderson suspended because she stood up to management or was itr because she was a union representitive and was going down official lines.What ever she was a dam good teacher.And these "so called serious allegations "have never been revealed.Surely we have a right to know asyou do in other cases.
Maybe the ofsted inspectors were only shown what certain people wanted to show them.The whole iunspection was a farce.It gave the LEA the justification for recent events.
There wqas no way on this earth that the school was failing under Mrs.Lancaster it is all a front!!!!!!!!
Ask the head of st>Georges about Mrs.Lancasters acheivements with Marton.She gets ex Marton pupils after all.
Come on Mums And Dads demand LEA answers officially or else strike.Rfuse to send your children until they listen to you.

Hi Granny,
Unfortunately in my opinion the LEA are deliberately NOT supporting the concerns of Marton parents. I believe that they think the small group of parents that are voicing their opinions will disappear back into the woodwork if they wait long enough. You need to write to David Lund with any concerns you have.
Regarding the governors - you need to complain to the Chair of Governors (and the LEA). If they get enough complaints they will have to take notice.
You are right, there are a small number of governors/staff who I think would agree with Mrs Coupe if she said black was white.
However, I believe there are some governors left that are intelligent, caring people, and know what's right and what isn't. I urge you and others who feel the same to put pen to paper and help to get this mess sorted out.
