Surely there must be some legal time limit on such cases?

I'm sure you can't just suspend someone indefinatly!!

I think this and the case involving internet mis-use are the biggest ongoing issues that people in authority must address..

How many times have I heard on here that the answers (from people in authority) to such questions is "Refused to comment", "Unable to say" etc...

They just keep sweeping things under the carpet.
