Fighting onI heard Steve Weaver, chief executive of Blackpool Council, on the radio yesterday after Blackpool's failure to secure the casino deal. He said Blackpool would not give up, this was only a set back, they believed in the cause and they would continue to fight for it etc.
I couldn't help thinking that he was echoing the sentiments of the MSAG over the problems with Marton School - problems which seem to have been ignored or glossed over by Blackpool Council.
Perhaps now Mr Weaver can understand the anger and frustration we all feel?
