Atmosphere at SchoolI have heard (opinion, not fact) that the atmosphere at Marton for the teachers is terrible at the moment, with some teachers virtually being ignored. Can anyone throw any light on this? I would think that considering what's happened there over the last few months there should be some kind of team building going on. I remember one teacher who posted on here some time ago said that she was scared to be seen talking to anyone who had challenged things at school as she would then be labelled as a trouble maker.
