I would like to confirm what has been posted on another topic - that one (with more to follow) ex-Marton parent is going to be putting themselves forward to stand as an Independent candidate at the next local election. We are totally disgusted by the Blackpool Councillors' (Jon Bamborough excluded of course) total apathy to sort out the appalling lack of proper eductaion for local children. I for one will be fighting to sort this out. The main political parties have lost my vote, as well as the rest of my family and friends and many many aggrieved parents and friends in the local area. The new representatives will have morals, values and hearts. They will want what is best for our children because they are our future! Watch this space!

I'm really glad to hear this. They will get my vote if they are acting for parents who want a good education for their children. _________________ TOGETHER WE WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE |
