Mrs Coupe certainly knows how to inspire loyalty and support in her staff! This letter was given to all members of staff in May. I know Health and Safety rules are important but surely threatening to take action against staff is taking things too far? Is this the only way Mrs Coupe knows how to rule – by fear and threat? Surely this must be tongue-in-cheek ? I certainly hope so.

FIRE EXITS

This morning the fire exit on the right side of the stage was blocked yet again with chairs and staging!

This is a serious breach of Health & Safety!

If this occurs again you will leave me with no option but to take action against those responsible.

You have been warned !

Apparently Andy, Mrs Coupe does inded take health and safety very seriously,why do you think the staff were kept in the staffroom when Mrs Alderson and Mrs Reidy went to clear their desks ? now what was that about tongue in cheek?

Maybe that was what Mrs Aldreson was suspended for?? Perhaps she left a cxhair in front of a fire exit! What must it be like to work in a place like that!

It might be appropriate to remind everyone how Mrs Coupe allowed a member of admin/IT staff to climb into the roof space of the school posing a very serious health danger to himself and the children and staff. There are many other instances like this. Inconsistent messages being given? One rule for one and a different one for another? The way this school is being run is a joke.
