Regarding standing for local council elections in May , it would be a great boost for the MSAG to have members stand as independent candidates. It would enable the group to have access to the media and bring the education situation not only of Marton but of the whole of Blackpool into the public eye. I would imagine it would cause a great deal of embarasement to those in power.
