Main Findings –

Under Mrs Lancaster.
· Leadership and Management are very effective at all levels. Strong teamwork has been developed.

Under Mrs Coupe.
· Leadership and management are satisfactory.

Under Mrs Lancaster.
· Partnership with parents and the community is very good.

Under Mrs Coupe.
· The school does not always inform parents of steps it is taking to address their issues and concerns; sometimes leading to a sense that nothing is being done.

Under Mrs Lancaster.
· The quality of teaching is good overall.

Under Mrs Coupe.
· Teaching is satisfactory.

After three years the school has not got back to the level it was under the previous Head.
It is now undenyably at best an average school. At no point in the report do the official findings say that the leadership is good.
I had given up hope of anything being done for this school, but now there must be a change.
